At Delonghi Parts, we want to ensure your home appliances continue to run smoothly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your genuine replacement parts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused parts in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
